Clean Up

There is always general clean up to do on the grounds of a campus, home property or commercial property. With all the pollen flying around and all the wind we had, things can get pretty messy and fast. Lucky for us the weather was spectacular today and will be again on Friday. The middle of May, Half past spring and quarter of to summer. Trimming and pruning will be starting soon. Right now is  perfect time to make thinning cuts while pruning. There is plenty of time for the plant to have new growth in the places you would like it the most.

Being so busy with work the last couple of days, I have not been able to follow much of the news. But I wish they would fix tat Oil leak!!! The D.A.s race looks like it will be a nice feature to our local political scene this fall. More to come on that later.
News out of Premier SourceCredit Union today has it that another girl was let go today. Over the last year and a half that makes 5 people who have quit or have been let go. Now I know this effects me a little more because one of the persons was my wife, but 5 over that time frame leaves me with a huge question mark. Is the leadership at this member operated institution able to make decisions that better effect the member then the constant turnover that has been happening? Would it be said that a familiar face in this type of banking would build better customer service. The same customer who is supposedly a member, a shareholder. My point is that for the 23years I saw my mother do her banking, it was with the same girl at the Valley Bank in the 16 Acres center. A Familiar face and a bond of the most importance, Trust. Yet the leadership there seems to be more hell bent on policy and cost cutting measures then worrying about the customer, and or the persons lives that are effected by a torturous bully of a C.E.O. named Bonnie Raymond. Five people over the course of a year and a half is a lot of turn over for a credit union of that size and I would guess that the cost of training replacements and paying out a portion of a unemployment benefit is costing the members in the thousands of dollars. I know for a fact that Mrs. Raymond tortured my own wife, and my guess is that she has done the same to the employees that are left there. Her leadership has not helped this credit union at all, and made for poor working conditions in an area that needs Premier Service, And those are Bonnie's words, not mine. To make my point of the way I look at the whole picture. If the New York Yankees were in a play-off drought and several of the stars were not getting along with management, who do you think would be let go. The manager. He is the field boss and in this case like any ball club you can't trade away the whole team, Some times its the leader that has to go.

If I could talk to the animals. Another family of ducks hatched, but we have not seen them. I hope they are O.K. The only true way to solve snoring is to wear a cpap pump. All those gimmick's is just that a gimmick. Believe me I know, I have made the windows rattle.
