Bad Luck

As the saying goes if I didn't have bad luck I would not have any luck at all. Over the week-end I was weed whacking a slope and slipped and really messed up My ankle. So no work at the big garden today. I did stop by and there is was a lot of liter from the wind. Another windy day. I hope that Jeff at work had a good day. He is a supervisor in the department and when I am not there I worry about the stress he could face. I know he can get things done and the crew responds well to him, it is outside influences that could interrupt things for him and that's not fair.
This blog will be short as to my condition. Again the weather, windy and cold tonight. Either bring in your plants or cover them up. You just can't trust mother nature.

Plant of the Day, Lilac. I have been seeing a lot of white Lilacs this year and they look wonderful. There are plenty of varieties to choose from. To the traditional large purple fragrant to Japanese or Korean. In a grouping, a row or a single plant the are still a reliable plant in any landscape.

Politics and News, Can anyone Stop the Oil Leak?
Here's a fact, a silver with a black top sports car made and right on red where it is not allowed at Wilbraham Rd. and Parker St. this morning at 8:00 am,I'll be watching.

Well the poison ivy is a little better anyways, that's one bright spot, till tomorrow, Good luck because everyone needs it. I hope the dirt is warm for planting day.
